Tamkit Homes is a family run business owned by Ron and Barbara Carr.  Their son Grant also works in the business preparing the quotes and plans and Janice, office receptionist extraordinaire, completes the team.

When you buy a Tamkit Home, you know you’re dealing with people who have many years experience in the industry. We are the only choice for many owner builders because we can supply partial or complete kit materials. All of our homes are made to withstand tough Australian conditions and with Tamkit, you don’t just get a house, you get a home!

Tamkit Homes have a library containing over 200 individual designs giving you a wide range of plans to choose from. We can also help you design and draw up plans to your specifications, giving you maximum flexibility with the design of your dream home. You tell us what you want, and we can craft a kit to suit. Ask us to send you an information pack, which includes a colour brochure of our most popular designs with a price schedule, to give you an idea on how much to budget for.
