We purchased a new Tamkit home from Ron and Grant Carr in 2009.
After researching many different kit homes available on the market for a couple of years we chose Tamkit for three important reasons.
1) We found Tamkit was very flexible in the design stage of our house compared to other kit home providers and generally minor changes were inexpensive to make.
2) Tamkit left the interior fixtures to us, which made it possible to make our new home unique and individual.
3) Tamkit was the most inexpensive option by far.

We have just completed a new Tamkit home. This is the 3rd time we have engaged Mr Ron Carr for either a new home or renovations.
We drew up our own plan and submitted a drawing to Ron who very expertly drew up the plans and Ron was also a great help with the Government regulations needed for Council and Basix.
Included in the cost of the kit was a free frame erection by the Tamkit team. All the kit was deliverd on time and Ron and Grant helped with advise and recomendations in relation to trades people.
We would not hesitate to recommend the friendly and honest Tamkit team and we are very happy with our finished home which was finished sooner than expected.
