A Tamkit Home is Material supply for your proposed home the choice of materials and delivery stages being to your own requirements.

Where possible standard materials are fabricated in steel or timber and drawings supplied to simplify the erection of bearers, joists, frames and trusses.

Materials supplied can be a complete or lock-up kit ….lock-up kit does not include the supply of internal linings ,mouldings, wardrobe materials ,doors and door furniture.

P.C. Items (Prime Cost)are not included in our standard price list, however, these items such as bath, basin, toilet suite and kitchen cupboards can be quoted if required.  Owing  to the large selection Owner builders usually purchase these items direct
