Tamkit Homes welcome your own design and advise that the majority of our Material Contracts is for supply to owners own design

All you need to do is submit your single line drawing …showing your requirements and we will draft your preliminary floor plan and front elevation, this service is provided free of charge.

After the approval of scale draft we will then give an estimate for the supply of materials to your requirements

Also should you require help with Estimating for Sub-Contractors, Labour and materials where applicable  we can assist with these estimates being based on Tamworth rates.

Tamkit Homes also offer a free Plan, Specification and Basix Certificate subject to the following conditions:-

You will be charged for any of the above services prior to entering into the Materials Contract. Upon paying your final payment we will reimburse the total invoice  amount initially requested for Plans etc.
